Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Learning & Development Manager for its Commercial Banking L&D team. You will own leadership development programs and serve as the primary Learning Consultant for assigned CML business lines, designing scalable, cohort-based learning experiences with high-touch, tailored delivery.

You will partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and deliver practical solutions, guiding program operations and measurement across in-person and digital formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of client-facing consulting experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working in Learning and Development.
• At least 3 years of experience managing cohort-based learning programs.
• At least 2 year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design & Scale Cohort Programs: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of CML’s Differential Investment Programs, creating structured learning paths.
• Modernize the Learner Experience: Update program formats using modern digital platforms, AI-driven adaptive learning paths, microlearning, and self-paced exercises.
• Program Operations: Oversee end-to-end program delivery, scheduling, facilitator prep, and curriculum updates.
