Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Academy Executive to lead end-to-end learning and development across the enterprise, supporting Consumer Investments and partner businesses.

The role focuses on aligning programs with strategic goals, building strong relationships, and delivering impact through a globally dispersed team. Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a large, global organization with a sophisticated client base.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within Wealth Management, Merrill, Consumer Investments, and/or Private Bank.
• Direct managerial experience with ability to motivate, lead and develop teams.
• Must have Series 7, 66, 9 and 10.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills to influence with stakeholders across a matrix.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to convey a high-level narrative quickly.
• Ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficient written, oral and listening communication; drive consensus and manage risk.

• Build relationships to partner with a variety of constituents.
• Deliver a comprehensive learning and development program for the workforce.
