Job summary

Camden National Bank is seeking an Education & Development Specialist to assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of learning content and programs, from new hire orientation to ongoing professional development.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will maintain the LMS (Workday), create eLearning materials, and partner with leaders across the bank to support growth, inclusion, and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated adult education instruction experience.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and content development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic video editing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across business lines to assess development needs and design learning solutions.
• Coordinate and deliver educational programs, including onboarding and technical training videos.
• Maintain Workday LMS and related content; administer reporting and content updates.
• Promote an inclusive workplace and support engagement initiatives.
• Analyze education programs using benchmarks to improve effectiveness and business goals.
