Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced real estate and facilities leader to drive workplace initiatives from concept through execution. You will align programs with broader Connected Workplace goals, manage large vendor ecosystems, and shepherd complex procurement events to successful outcomes.

• Proven experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facility Management (FM) operations.
• Proven expertise managing large-scale vendor relationships, workplace events, and services.
• Understanding of current market conditions and risks related to CRE and FM vendors.
• Experience resolving contractual or governance-related escalations and disputes.
• Experience leading and scaling teams in complex environments.
• Experience with talent development, performance management, and collaborative culture building.
• Experience involving Procurement, Sales, and integrated workplace solutions.
• Strong leadership track record driving workplace initiatives from strategy through market launch.

• Use AI and agentic AI for scope development, bid management, bid normalization, analysis, and insights
