Job summary

Jobtailor in Miami is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee service contracts, building systems, and stakeholder collaboration. You will drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting the local budget and employee experience.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage teams and suppliers across multiple facilities. This hybrid position involves onsite work 2–3 days a week and some travel.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities management providers and ensure execution of contracts and services including maintenance, parking, cleaning, catering, logistics, reception, utilities, and waste management.
• Ensure consistent execution of processes according to global standards and guides.
• Support optimal functioning of building systems including HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, and elevators.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, IT, Security, and Safety teams on local projects and programs.
• Identify process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency opportunities within US offices.
• Monitor local service KPIs and SLAs.
• Help ensure facilities meet government regulations and environmental and facilities standards.
• Support development and monitoring of the local expense budget, including analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate technical scope in local contracts and proposals and flag deviations from global standards.
• Support local crisis management, contingency, and emergency plans.
• Gather feedback and data to improve space usability, comfort, and employee satisfaction, reporting insights to the Global team.
