Buckle in Georgia is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support management in delivering an enjoyable shopping experience. You will handle sales, merchandising, and store operations, coordinating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates and drive sales.

The role emphasizes front-line guest service, product knowledge, visual standards, and teamwork. Candidates should be flexible for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules in a dynamic retail
