Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for their store in Rome, Georgia. This position is dedicated to providing guests with an enjoyable shopping experience, involving sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The LIT works closely with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and deliver leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
