Job summary

Buckle in Indiana is seeking a LIT/Floor Leader to drive sales and guest experience on the floor. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and develop Teammates while maintaining high standards in merchandising and customer service.

The role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on delivering legendary service and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent retail experience.
• Strong guest service and sales skills needed.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to coach teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with product selection and wardrobe recommendations.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and showmanship.
• Recruit, train and develop new Teammates.
• Manage store operations and Loss Prevention practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
