Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. seeks a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team in Henderson, NV. You will rotate through key functions to gain expertise in operations, customer experience, and people leadership, aiming to progress toward the Assistant General Manager role.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to staff, and help optimize the customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery channels while upholding compliance and standards.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Able to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends
• Must pass background checks and have a valid ID or driver’s license
• Understand cannabis laws and store policies

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Handle cash transactions, discounts, and cash maintenance.
• Provide coaching and onboarding to new team members and support scheduling
