Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Florida offers a Leader-in-Training program that develops team members into store leaders. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent or 2 years of related business coursework with experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to other stores as planned by the District Manager or LIT Program Manager.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations.
• Perform opening/closing duties, cash control, and receiving shipments.
• Develop supervisory skills such as delegation, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Attend mandatory trainings and participate in meetings, in-person or remote.
• Support company initiatives such as resets, remodels, and store openings.
