Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Florida is seeking a Leader-in-Training (LIT) to join our leadership pipeline. The role develops Team Members to lead store operations by working closely with Team Leader and District Manager to ensure strong store performance.

The program targets a 6-month completion with advancement into Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader positions upon completion and leadership approval. Travel to other stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Core Values with guests and team members daily; complete all LIT training within 6 months and progress through competency checklists.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations; maintain merchandising standards; perform opening/closing, cash control, and receiving shipments.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months of retail leadership experience or 2 years of education in Business Management or related field
