Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. offers a Leader-in-Training (LIT) program designed to develop future store leaders.

The hands-on role works with the Team Leader and District Manager to ensure strong store performance, with a target completion of 6 months and progression to Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader. Responsibilities include executing training timelines, traveling to other stores, improving merchandising, inventory control, and performing core management tasks such as opening/closing

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail leadership experience or 2 years of education in Business Management or related field with equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular onsite attendance and reliable performance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with Guests and Team Members daily.
• Complete training within the LIT program and target 6 months to completion.
• Travel to other stores as planned by DM or LIT PM.
• Open/close store, cash control, and receiving shipments.
• Grow sales and enhance store operations and merchandising.
