ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Florida invites you to join a Leader-in-Training (LIT) program. This hands-on development role works closely with the Team Leader and District Manager to build store leadership capabilities, targeting a six-month completion window.

Successful participants may transition into Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader roles, gaining experience in operations, merchandising, inventory, and team supervision to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or a combination of 2 years of education in Business Management or a related field and equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC's Core Values with Guests and Team Members daily.
• Complete all training within the LIT program, targeting 6 months.
• Travel to other stores as planned by leadership.
• Help ensure consistent visual and operational merchandising standards.
• Prepare for promotion to Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader.
