ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Florida is launching a Leader-in-Training (LIT) program designed to develop tomorrow's store leaders. This hands-on, developmental role works closely with the Team Leader and District Manager to ensure strong store performance and a smooth transition into Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader roles after the 6-month program.

The LIT program emphasizes core values, training completion, teamwork, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of retail leadership experience or 2 years of education in Business Management or related field plus equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with Guests and Team Members.
• Complete all training within the LIT program (target 6 months).
• Travel to other stores as planned by leadership.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve store operations.
• Perform key management tasks such as opening/closing, cash control, and receiving shipments.
