Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits invites you to join our Leader-in-Training program, a development path into store leadership. You will work closely with the Team Leader and District Manager to learn operations, merchandising, and people management during a six‑month rotation.

Throughout the program you complete training, travel to other stores, and focus on sales growth, inventory control, and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with guests and team members daily.
• Complete all training within the LIT program, targeting six months.
• Travel to other stores as planned by leadership and participate in training sessions.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve store operations.
• Perform supervision tasks such as scheduling, training, and basic personnel actions.
