Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Elizabethtown, KY is opening a brand new store and hiring multiple Leader in Training and Floor Leader roles. You will assist guests, drive sales, supervise teammates, and execute merchandising and store operations under the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or retail exposure preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate Teammates daily.
• Strong customer service and sales presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service, meet sales goals.
• Assist guests, recommend merchandise, and create wardrobe solutions.
• Lead Teammates, recruit helpers, and support store leadership.
• Maintain visual standards and manage floor merchandising.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and POS procedures.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on recruiting.
