Job summary

RISE Dispensary is seeking a Leader in Training to join the operations leadership team. The LIT role rotates through critical functions to gain subject matter expertise and prepares you for Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, support inventory, ensure compliance, and drive the customer journey. Strong leadership, communication, and cannabis industry interest are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or retail, including 1+ year in supervision.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Communicate priorities to team members and optimize the customer journey.
• Lead on duty shifts, recognize team members, and reinforce customer experience across channels.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members and scheduling.
