Job summary

Green Thumb in Quincy, IL seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the dispensary leadership team and rotate through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people. You will supervise daily activities, guide staff, and actively contribute to a smooth customer journey.

This role is a fast track toward an Assistant General Manager, with on-duty shifts, cross-functional exposure, and a focus on compliance, inventory control, and in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing the execution of dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring product availability and communicating inventory actions with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regional in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments, applying discounts, and maintaining cash.
