Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. seeks a Leader in Training to join the store leadership team and drive superb customer experiences. You will rotate through key dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and learn to advance toward the Assistant General Manager role.

You’ll lead promotions, manage inventory, staff coaching, and ensure compliance while delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance and valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions to management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff and manage scheduling and coverage.
