Job summary

Leaders will mentor staff, uphold merchandising standards, and maintain a welcoming, efficient shopping environment while meeting sales goals and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Customer service and sales skills are essential for meeting guests' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and assist guests with product questions and locating merchandise.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies.
• Assist in recruiting and developing new teammates, and support store leadership in daily operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, shoppable store environment.
• Support loss prevention practices and uphold Buckle policies and procedures in daily tasks.
