Chick-fil-A McHenry is opening a brand-new location and seeks a dynamic leader to guide daily operations across FOH and BOH while mentoring a growing team. This full-time role emphasizes customer care, team development, and a culture of service.

You will champion excellence in hospitality, safety, and community engagement, building a lasting operation from the ground up with real-time leadership and strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Comfortable working hands-on in both FOH and BOH.
• Food safety knowledge is a plus.

What You’ll Do

As a Leader, you’ll play a key role in restaurant operations, team development, and culture‑building. You’ll be entrusted with supporting daily functions across all departments (FOH, BOH, Drive‑Thru, Delivery) while mentoring team members and contributing to strategic growth.

Position Requirements

• Full‑time availability (mornings, evenings, Saturdays, holidays)
• Comfortable working hands‑on in both FOH and BOH
• Ability to lift 5-30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Food safety knowledge is a plus
