Chick-fil-A McHenry is opening a brand-new location and seeking a Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, mentor teams, and drive a culture of care across FOH, BOH, Drive-Thru, and Delivery.

As a Leader, you will own shift-level leadership, uphold CHAMPS values, and work to hire, train, and develop team members while ensuring food safety and exceptional guest experiences. This is a ground-up build with opportunities to grow into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead across front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Commitment to food safety and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Own shift-level leadership and guide teams with real-time decision-making
• Lead through CHAMPS values: Character, Hustle, Authenticity, Mission, Perseverance, Servanthood
• Ensure operational excellence in speed, accuracy, hospitality, and cleanliness
• Help hire, train, coach, and develop team members and emerging leaders
• Reinforce food safety and compliance standards with excellence
