Chick-fil-A McHenry is opening a brand-new location and seeking a Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, mentor teams, and drive a culture of care across FOH, BOH, Drive-Thru, and Delivery.

As a Leader, you will own shift-level leadership, uphold CHAMPS values, and work to hire, train, and develop team members while ensuring food safety and exceptional guest experiences. This is a ground-up build with opportunities to grow into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality or related fields.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead across front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Commitment to food safety and guest experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Leader, you’ll play a key role in restaurant operations, team development, and culture-building. You’ll be entrusted with supporting daily functions across all departments (FOH, BOH, Drive-Thru, Delivery) while mentoring team members and contributing to strategic growth.

Position Requirements

• Full-time availability (mornings, evenings, Saturdays, holidays)
• Comfortable working hands-on in both FOH and BOH
• Ability to lift 5-30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Food safety knowledge is a plus
