Job summary

Alpha hires leaders to drive a radically better K-12 experience. As Youth Development Manager, you will coach Guides, develop leaders, and build a culture of excellence across campuses, ensuring exceptional student outcomes and accountability.

This full-time, on-site role offers relocation support and immediate access to benefits, with compensation up to six figures and a weekly pay cycle through Crossover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Experience working with children ages 5–14 in an educational or coaching setting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; willingness to relocate to campus locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve performance.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and improvement.
