Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (CC) / Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to coordinate clinical activities at the Wound Care Center. You will assess patients, plan care, and work with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and improve outcomes.

Requirements include RN license with ADN minimum (BSN preferred), at least 1 year of RN experience, and BLS. Wound care certification is a plus, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• RN license required and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum; BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center as part of the team.
• Organize and prioritize clinical duties; supervise RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and others.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on clinical goals and quality indicators.
• Engage in staff development, education, and performance feedback.
• Assist in program budgeting and financial coordination; support vein clinic activities if applicable.
