Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a Systems Analyst VII in Austin to lead senior technical initiatives within the TIERS / MES applications portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise applications and technology platforms.
• Experience leading large, complex technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing enterprise application portfolios, application lifecycle management, or large-scale application operations.
• Experience developing or using KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and executive reports to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for critical initiatives; evaluate solution options and resolve technical challenges.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Oversee application portfolio operations and lifecycle management to maintain a healthy environment.
