You will transform raw data into actionable insights, manage analytics projects, and ensure high-quality dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python while collaborating with executives and program staff to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Five years of full-time experience in developing, implementing, or interpreting policies and procedures in a public or private agency.
• Experience leading data analytics and BI projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a data analytics team and oversee BI projects.
• Develop policies and guidelines; set goals and performance measures.
• Extract, monitor, and visualize data for workforce programs.
