• Design and develop training programs and materials for HSCS facilities.
• Coordinate and facilitate trainings across multiple facilities and departments.
• Collect, analyze, and report training participation, outcomes, and learner feedback.
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites to ensure branding and consistency.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance staff engagement and service quality.
