Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the functional owner for enterprise workforce management platforms and related technology solutions.
• Establishes governance processes for reviewing, prioritizing, approving, and implementing system enhancements and changes.
• Leads workforce management strategy discussions with stakeholders across operations, clinical, HR, payroll, finance, and executives.
• Evaluates emerging workforce management capabilities to improve efficiency, scheduling, staffing, and user experience.
• Oversees daily operational support for workforce management applications and integrations.
