Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily business and financial processes and forecasts future financials.
• Oversees HR activities for department staff including recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Reviews and approves personnel actions and ensures timely processing in HR/financial systems.
• Monitors expenditures and budget status; prepares reports comparing actual to budgeted figures.
• Coordinates travel, purchasing, payroll, timekeeping, contracts and grants.
