Job summary

Texas Children's Hospital is seeking a Manager of Workforce Management to lead oversight of workforce management support, governance, optimization, and sustainment. You’ll manage a team to ensure systems, processes, reporting, and integrations align with operational, clinical, HR, payroll, finance, and scheduling goals.

The role focuses on governance, strategy, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, staffing practices, and user experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Five years of finance, human resources, information services, business, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for workforce management applications and governance.
• Serves as the functional owner for enterprise workforce management platforms, processes, and supporting tech.
• Establishes governance for reviewing and implementing system enhancements and requests.
• Leads workforce management strategy discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversees daily operational support for workforce management applications and integrations.
