Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, engineering, CS, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of related work experience including 6+ years in data analysis, reporting, data science, BI, or business/financial analysis.
• 5+ years of people analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for people analytics across McKesson's businesses and enterprise-wide functions, ensuring alignment to business priorities and people outcomes.
• Serve as the strategic analytics partner to HR Senior Vice President and their leadership team; translate complex people data into actionable insights that drive C-suite and leadership-level decisions.
• Determine appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to address business and research questions, execute analyses, and interpret results with actionable recommendations for a variety of stakeholders.
• Lead the evolution of the People Analytics delivery model, enabling the shift from reactive reporting to proactive, AI-infused decision support, including self-service analytics and predictive intelligence.
• Apply McKesson'sLEADRxleadership behaviors to grow team capability, prioritize high-impact work, and build a culture of rigor and innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR data governance, privacy, and ethical use, modeling the highest standards of compliance and stewardship. You'll remain consistently aware of changes in data privacy and exemplify and enforce team standards related to bias, privacy, and responsible use of AI.
• Embrace the use of and contribute to continuous improvement of the latest innovative data solutions and analytical tools enabling analytics and advisory work as customer zero.
