You will drive discovery sessions, translate business challenges into actionable analyses, and collaborate with product, sales, and success teams to advance workforce intelligence offerings.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare analytics experience with senior executives and strategic questions.
• Background in healthcare analytics or advisory services, ideally in a data/analytics company, consulting firm, or health system setting.
• Ability to transform complex datasets into actionable executive reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of physician recruitment, workforce supply/demand, and provider alignment dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with healthcare executives to define analytical solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to identify business challenges and translate into analytics projects.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to conduct analyses and develop deliverables.
• Deliver strategic insights on provider markets, recruitment targets, attrition risks, and service-line growth.
• Review outputs for accuracy, rigor, and executive presentation quality.
