Job summary

Axuall, a clinical workforce intelligence company, is seeking a Workforce Intelligence Consultant to lead executive engagements for the workforce analytics suite. You will work with health system leaders, translating strategic questions into actionable analyses, reports, or interactive tools.

This role blends client-facing analytics with AI-enabled insights. You will design sessions, run analyses using Claude and our data connectors, produce executive-ready outputs, and help refine approaches

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare analytics with executive exposure.
• Healthcare analytics or consulting experience working with health system executives.
• Data-to-insight storytelling with executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Strong understanding of the provider market: recruitment, retention, and service-line strategy.
• Analytical skills with judgment to distinguish credible findings.
• Demonstrated interest in AI and modern tools; awareness of LLM limitations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to run sessions with C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with health system leaders to understand strategic questions and define analyses.
• Lead design sessions with customers in person and online.
• Run analyses using Claude and the Axuall MCP data connector; build deliverables.
• Cover topics like provider market supply/demand and recruitment targets.
• Review outputs for accuracy and executive usefulness before sharing with clients.
• Refine prompts, templates, and analysis approaches to create a reusable library.
• Capture questions executives ask and what they value for future product feedback.
• Support sales and client services with demos and engagement scoping.
