Job summary

WorkCompCentral, Inc. is seeking a Claims Team Manager to lead a team of claims representatives in a fast-paced workers’ compensation environment.

You will oversee day-to-day claim operations, ensure timely processing, and serve as a key liaison between client owners, injured workers, HR/legal teams, and carrier partners. This role also manages a portfolio of litigated claims with senior leadership, sets performance targets, and uses data to identify trends and drive risk mitigation for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of progressive claims management experience
• Experience in PEO/ASO or staffing industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate a team of claims representatives and coordinators
• Oversee the lifecycle of workers’ compensation claims and case management
• Schedule and attend claim reviews and client meetings
• Escalate complex claims and guide clients through the recovery process
• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple states
• Collaborate with brokers, TPAs, and carriers on litigated files
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and risk mitigation opportunities
