Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7+ years of related work experience including workers compensation claims.
• Previous management experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the work activities of a team of claims professionals and has full management responsibility by setting and communicating expectations, providing direction and coaching, and facilitating training and development.
• Ensures claims are effectively handled according to company protocols, quality and customer service standards.
• Manages expenses and participates in customer service improvements and escalation handling.
• Maintains compliance with state/local regulatory requirements and company processes.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners including underwriters and vendors to support claim resolution.
