Job summary

Capital One is seeking Workday Engineers who are passionate about developing resilient HR technology. You will join People Tech, driving automation and architectural consistency across HR, Legal, Brand and Global Workplace Services to support Capital One associates.

You will collaborate with product owners, translate business priorities, deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits, and build thorough documentation while staying current with Workday

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
6+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks.
4+ years of experience configuring Workday business processes.
2+ years of experience with calculated fields or custom reports.

Responsibilities

Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards.
Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation.
