Job summary

Capital One is seeking an experienced Workday Engineer in New York, NY to design and optimize Workday configurations across HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll. You will partner with product owners to define capabilities and ensure compliant, scalable HR solutions.

Responsibilities include delivering robust Workday processes, maintaining documentation, and providing production support. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years Workday experience are preferred; Agile delivery experience is a plus.
