Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience leading Payroll implementations or AMS engagements.
• Deep US payroll mastery including tax rules, retro logic, earnings/deductions, FLSA, and EIB data conversions.
• Global payroll experience with Workday SKUs for Canada, UK, France, Ireland, or Australia.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, security, Advanced Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Data Analysis touchpoints.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets: manipulation, auditing, reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, high-impact Workday Payroll initiatives with autonomy.
• Architect end-to-end payroll solutions and configurations.
• Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints across Payroll, HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Finance.
• Engage with executives to translate business objectives into scalable Workday architecture.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and service delivery innovation.
