Kognitiv Inc. seeks a Workday Benefits Consultant to join our Implementation & Advisory team. You’ll lead end-to-end Workday Benefits deployments, partner with executives, and translate business needs into scalable design decisions that drive HR transformation.

You’ll design foundational architectures, guide rollout roadmaps, and ensure value creation through strategic adoption of new features while collaborating with multi-disciplinary client teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise leading Workday Benefits implementations from foundation to launch.
• Exceptional consulting capability to guide decision-making and present strategic roadmaps to executives.
• Proven track record of designing scalable, clean-sheet architectures and executing complex changes.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions, manage scope, and drive consensus across client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Benefits deployments from scoping to go-live and hypercare.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs and HR transformations.
• Architect complex benefit groups, enrollment rules, and calculation logic for scalable deployments.
• Guide clients on deployment roadmaps and feature adoption to maximize value.
