Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technical Consultant to design and develop Workday integrations for clients, leading a team of integration consultants and coordinating with vendors as needed.

You will implement Workday HCM integrations, work with Studio, EIB, and core connectors, and deliver client-focused design documents. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with active engagement in federal projects.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five+ years implementing Workday solutions.
• One+ years in integration development using modern technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage other integration consultants through Workday deployments.
• Design, build, and test Workday integration code (Studio, EIB, core connectors).
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and deliver designs.
• Develop and lead quality Workday integrations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to complete integration work.
• Communicate across teams on cross-functional items.
• Explain technical challenges and solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Foster an innovative, collaborative culture to improve processes and assets.
• Demonstrate consultative skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
