Job summary

Redstone Federal Credit Union is seeking an HRIS Manager who will act as the owner and subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, data integrity, security administration, and reporting. The role focuses on data analysis, dashboards, and ensuring best-practice Workday workflows for compensation, performance, benefits, payroll, and reporting.

The position supports CAO and HR with initiatives, training, and Lean methodologies to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years of HRIS experience.
• Workday, Microsoft Office and Excel and Database experience required.
• Strong background in a geographically dispersed, multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own Workday administration and deployments.
• Develop project plans and monitor HRIS initiatives.
• Produce and distribute HR reports and dashboards.
• Train the Trainers on Workday processes.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate compensation data in HRIS.
