Job summary

Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. seeks an HRIS Manager to own Workday Core HCM, data integrity, security, and reporting. You will design business processes, manage compensation setup, and deliver critical dashboards for executives.

This role partners with CAO/HR and supports lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead Workday upgrades, manage external partners, and train users while ensuring accurate HR data and effective communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years of HRIS experience.
• Workday, Microsoft Office and Excel and Database experience required.
• Strong background in a geographically dispersed, multi-state environment.
• Ability to translate business priorities into HRIS strategy and solutions.
• Proven partnership and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own Workday relationships; plan and monitor progress of initiatives.
• Serve as primary resource for Workday setup, maintenance, and HR program administration.
• Responsible for all Workday system admin responsibilities.
• Develop project plans and monitor key HRIS initiatives for quality and timeliness.
• Lead testing, deployment, training and documentation for new Workday features.
