Evolent is hiring a Lead HRIS Analyst to maintain and enhance the Workday HCM system, collaborating with stakeholders to automate processes and optimize functionality for a seamless end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years in HR ERP system development for enterprise software.
• At least 5 years in Workday HCM with multiple modules.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security.
• Proficient in Workday report writing, dashboards, hubs.
• Experience with APIs, CSV/XML/JSON data formats and integrations.
• Proficiency with EIB, XSLT, data transformation, PECI, payroll integrations.
• Experience with BIRT for custom reports in Workday.
• Strong HR process knowledge and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Lead analysts should have strong JSON, APIs, Web Services skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Workday AI/Agents, Copilot) to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday system administration and adjust HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders in an Agile framework to deliver solutions.
• Identify root causes and implement Workday improvements.
• Manage dependencies and minimize downstream impacts on systems.
• Design and develop custom Workday reports to meet needs.
• Configure and administer security per policy.
• Provide end-user support and resolve issues via ticketing system.
• Document design, configuration, and testing thoroughly.
• Lead digitization and delivery of work independently.
• Support Workday release activities.
• Mentor and train team members.
