Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations by delivering scalable Workday Core HCM solutions for domestic USA and international colleagues, collaborating with business partners.

The role combines functional and technical work, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, reporting, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years' experience gathering requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, configure Workday, and test.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to HR and Payroll organizations for their technology needs.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships across HR Technology to ensure effective design and implementation.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap.
• Gathers requirements and creates necessary documentation at each stage.
• Leads the translation of business requirements to technical solutions and timelines.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation in tracking tools.
• Generates reports and analytics to support various business needs.
