Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years building calculations, complex reports, and configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years configuring Business Processes and solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years in HR technology landscape incl. cloud/mobile tech.
• 3+ years gathering requirements, design, config, UAT, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR and Payroll tech needs by partnering with HR stakeholders.
• Manages Workday Core HCM functionality and roadmap with global priorities.
• Develops deliverables timelines and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Conducts requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and documentation.
• Leads regression testing and guides testing teams.
• Translates business needs into technical solutions and actions.
• Generates reports and analytics to support business needs.
