Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Workday HCM Solution Architect, Lead, to drive transformation in the Human Capital Management space. You will lead functional projects and configure enhancements, partnering with clients to prioritize requirements and improve processes with Workday.

You will mentor a small team of analysts and ensure cross‑functional coherence across HR processes, including security, payroll, benefits, and talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with HCM systems.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including HCM touch points Core and Advanced Compensation.
• 3+ years of experience with project management.
• 2+ years of experience with people management.
• Knowledge of HR processes.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Workday HCM projects and configuration activities for enhancements.
• Architect Workday HCM and Compensation solutions to ensure cross‑functional cohesion and mitigated impacts.
• Manage a small team of functional analysts and mentor junior members of the team.
