Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to join our global Workday advisory team in the United States. You will architect, design, and deliver integrated Workday solutions, leading workshops with clients and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful deployments.

You should have Workday Partner Certification, at least 3 years of consulting and deep hands-on Workday Adaptive experience, and a track record in leading large engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, Lead or similar level.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Adaptive experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to educate and align on requirements.
• Identify business requirements and design Workday solutions.
• Architect Workday Adaptive Insights solutions across work streams.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options via prototyping and modeling.
• Apply Workday methodologies to project delivery.
