- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Strong financial systems knowledge and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Certifications in Workday are highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Financials engagements and advise best practices.
- Manage a team of consultants and mentor junior staff.
- Coordinate data gathering, testing, and UAT with clients.
- Configure Workday and integrate with third-party systems.
- Develop prototypes and validate system configurations.
- Convert legacy data to Workday and support deployments.
- Maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Identify enhancement opportunities for new releases.
