Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating cross-functional resources, and ensuring high-quality project execution while traveling up to 10% to support multiple clients and projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management.
• 4+ years as an Implementation Manager, or Systems Architect with Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements within the Workday Financials Practice.
• Direct and develop a team of consultants.
• Configure Workday systems and optimize business processes.
• Develop prototypes and validate Workday configurations with clients.
• Support multiple clients on concurrent projects and manage timelines.
• Mentor junior staff and perform peer reviews.
